I can not beleive its over! This year was a good one like always, of course. We had our 6 Christmas', first with The Lawrences, second we got together with Colts parents and sister and her family, third we had an evening with the my parents and brother and his family, then we had our usual Christmas get together with the Well's side. Our fifth Christmas extravaganza was Christmas Eve breakfast at Papa Jacks and Granny Ednas to eat (of course) and open more presents. We all have had such a wonderful time with everyone and are blessed to have such close and loving family members!!! When we finished up at the Lawrence farm we headed home to prepare for Santas arrival! We made and decorated cookies.........
put out magic.......sorry had to do a quick game of hide and go seek with the boys. where was I.... OH YEA, put out some magic reindeer feed and some carrots for rudolf........

these boys of mine are just too cute and thoughtful! Speaking of thoughtful, I wanted to share with you the cutest story ever! A few weeks ago on our way to school my oldest son Jase, out of no where said "mom, I want to get santa a gift, a snow globe with him and his reindeer in it for christmas" It surprised me that Jase said that, dont get me wrong he's sweet and has a very soft and kind heart but I would have thought Josh would have said it before my Jasey june bug. Any ways he asked me if I would buy one for him and of course I said yes. I did however ask if it was ok to buy one with just santa or just the reindeer in it because it might be a little hard to find one with both santa and his reindeer in it! He immediately said "no mom it has to be santa and his reindeer", what could I say.... I said ok! Well that afternoon on my lunch break I went to Target in search of the perfect snow globe for santa. I looked through all of the snow globes I could find and.....nothing, nata!!!! I had decided to give in and just buy one with santa in it and break it to Jase that it was all I could find. I turned the corner of and isle and something just told me to look down and there it was, the perfect snow globe on the bottom shelf pushed behind a bunch of other ones all alone just waiting on me. Needless to say I purchased it and was so excited to show Jase after school. After school I surprised Jase and boy was he ecstatic!!! He was adamant on wraping it him self and putting a name tag on and signing it all by him self! He said "mom santa is going to love this and keep it forever, isnt he?" "Yes he is and of course he will keep it forever" I said. Well this brings us to our 6th and final Christmas.
We sat out santa's cookies and milk along with the gift from Jase, read the Night Before Christmas and said our prayers and off to bed we went. Well, come Christmas morning santa had eaten some of the cookies, drank all the milk, taken his gift and left a very sweet letter for the boys. The reindeer ate the oats and carrots and santa had left some goodies for all.
Santa had left a Wii and some games, thanks santa. He had also left some good stuff in our stockings too.
The boys got tons of stuff and loved everything! Jase and Josh both just light up when they saw everything and knew this was the day they could just rip into all the gifts!!!! Its such a blessing and a joy to watch your kids open their gifts on Christmas morning and share in their excitement when they tare into a present they have been wanting and asking for all year!
After the boys seen and went through all that santa had brought them it was time for the other gifts awaiting them under the tree! I wont go into telling you all that they got but it was alot and we spent the better part of the day putting together and adding batteries to them all!!! :) How about I just show you.
Well like I said I cant believe Christmas has once again come and gone but may we always keep the spirit of Christmas in and with us the whole year through, Jesus Christ!!! MAY GOD BLESS!
